About The Position

ACS Facility Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our facility services operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management, a proven track record of leading teams to success, and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software
  • Must be available to work scheduled hours of 1:30 pm -10 pm Monday through Friday and 20 Saturdays/Sundays for floor care jobs annually.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple facilities
  • Manage and coordinate the work of all staff, including janitorial, maintenance, and administrative personnel
  • Develop and implement facility management plans, policies, and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Manage and maintain customer relationships
  • Monitor and manage the budget for the assigned facilities
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors and contractors
  • Train and develop staff to ensure a high level of performance
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the regional manager
