The General Manager is responsible for operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing product, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, cleaning equipment and the facility, and delivering product. This role requires strong communication, mathematical, and motor skills, as well as the ability to navigate and deliver to various locations. The General Manager must also be able to accurately make change and enter orders using a computer or touch screen.
