About The Position
As a Pizza Hut® Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for managing overall restaurant operations. PH Hospitality Group, LLC is looking for General Managers that are passionate about people, love pizza and have strong leadership skills. This role involves working with smart, experienced, fun people and offers training, growth, excitement, unique challenges, and a world of opportunity. The company is a Wisconsin based operator that owns and operates 29 Pizza Huts throughout Central Wisconsin, Green Bay and the Fox Valley.
Requirements

- Ability to get along and communicate easily with people at all levels.
- High standards for self and team.
- Solid math skills.
- At least two years of leadership experience in the restaurant, retail, or hospitality industries with responsibility for financial results.
- Valid driver's license.
- Reliable transportation.
Responsibilities

- Keeping the restaurant clean, safe, and fun for the team and customers.
- Teaching and motivating the team to improve.
- Performing any needed duties or tasks in the restaurant.
