We are a 13-store Franchise looking to expand and grow, offering unlimited potential for growth within our company. This role involves operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, taking phone orders, inventory management, and cleaning. Training is provided on the job. The position requires strong communication skills, the ability to perform basic math, make correct monetary change, use a computer keyboard or touchscreen, and navigate delivery areas. Employees will be exposed to varying temperatures, food odors, dust, and cramped quarters. The role demands good vision, hearing, and the ability to work under stress while meeting quality standards. Physical requirements include standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying, pushing, and occasional climbing. Stooping, bending, crouching, squatting, and reaching are also necessary. Tasks involve continuous use of hands, including forceful use of forearms and wrists for shaping dough, and pinching for box assembly. Team members will use pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutters, and pizza peels. Delivery duties include driving, delivering flyers, maintaining cost controls, inventory, cash control, customer relations, and adhering strictly to all policies and procedures. Additional responsibilities include staffing, paperwork, food management, working to a schedule, maintaining store image and standards, customer service, attendance, punctuality, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
