About The Position

We are a family-owned Dunkin' crew, growing fast across Chicago's South Suburbs with 5 stores currently open and 3 more on the way. Our stores achieve high weekly sales, and we operate with a family-like atmosphere, prioritizing quick decisions and personal recognition over corporate bureaucracy. We are seeking a General Manager to lead a high-volume store, develop the team, and contribute to our expansion by helping to build the next three stores. This role offers a clear path for growth into multi-unit leadership.

Requirements

2+ years of leadership experience in QSR, retail, or another fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Proven ability to manage a team of 15+ people and achieve performance targets.
Strong communication, scheduling, and cost-control skills.
Ability to work early mornings and thrive in a busy environment.
Ambition for career growth, with a path to multi-unit leadership.
Reliable transportation to South Suburbs Chicago locations (Tinley Park, Orland Park, and surrounding areas).

Responsibilities

Running the show at a high-energy Dunkin' (or Dunkin'/Baskin-Robbins) restaurant, including sales, guest experience, and overall atmosphere.
Leading, hiring, and mentoring a crew of 15–17 people.
Managing store operations including inventory, costs, cash, and P&L, and achieving targets.
Ensuring brand standards, food safety, and cleanliness are maintained throughout all operating hours.
Coaching shift leaders to prepare them for future leadership roles.
Communicating directly with ownership for decision-making.
