Job Summary The General Manager, reporting directly to the District Manager, is responsible for the overall leadership and day-to-day operations of a high-profile, multi-site account generating more than $10M in annual revenue. This role serves as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring a strong partnership and exceptional service delivery across multiple buildings on campus. The General Manager will lead and develop a diverse team, driving operational excellence, financial performance, and a culture of accountability. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams. Key responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of operations, including P&L management, client relations, culinary quality, and customer experience, while ensuring consistent execution of company standards. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing large-scale, complex operations, delivering superior food quality, and maintaining an elevated level of hospitality across all service channels.

Requirements

  • Five years of foodservice operation experience
  • High volume production and catering experience is essential
  • Previous experience managing a budget

Nice To Haves

  • BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred
  • Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company

Responsibilities

  • Oversees all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
  • Manages overall day to day operations of the account
  • Conducts HR functions including hiring, progressive counseling, terminations
  • Oversees scheduling, payroll and team training
  • Maintains excellent relationships with customers, guests and Client as well as other departments
  • Works with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food
  • Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with Company marketing and culinary team
