About The Position

RNR Tire Express is seeking a full-time General Manager to lead a store, develop a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The General Manager is responsible for the overall performance and success of the store, including sales, profitability, team development, customer service, and daily operations. The role includes comprehensive training and ongoing professional development.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of management experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check prior to hire.
• Flexible schedule and availability.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods.
• Effective communication skills with customers and employees.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and industry demands.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 8–12 employees.
• Recruit and train new team members.
• Drive sales and maximize store profitability.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals.
• Manage accounting, service, collections, and inventory.
• Delegate responsibilities effectively.
• Maintain operational standards and exceptional customer service.
• Evaluate team performance and provide ongoing coaching.
• Ensure a positive, productive, and customer-focused store environment.
• Resolve challenging customer and employee issues.
• Build strong relationships with customers and employees.
