This role involves operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, and managing telephone orders. Responsibilities include taking inventory, completing paperwork, and maintaining cleanliness of equipment and the facility. Training is provided on the job. The work environment involves exposure to varying weather conditions, fluctuating in-store temperatures, food odors, commercial dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces and tools, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Sensory requirements include talking and hearing on the phone, near and mid-range vision, depth perception, and the ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces. Temperaments required include the ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions. Physical demands include prolonged standing, walking short distances, occasional sitting for paperwork, lifting deliveries up to 60 pounds, carrying items like sauce (30 pounds) and pizza dough trays (12 pounds each), pushing trays on dollies, infrequent climbing of stairs or ladders, stooping/bending at the waist, occasional crouching/squatting, and continuous reaching. Hand tasks require eye-hand coordination and continuous use of hands, including forceful use of forearms and wrists for shaping dough, manipulating tools, and pinching for box assembly. Tools and equipment may include pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutters, and pizza peels. Additionally, the role includes delivering products by car to customer doors and distributing marketing materials. This requires a valid driver's license with a safe driving record, access to an insured vehicle, and navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses. Delivery personnel must navigate various terrains, including multi-story buildings, while carrying product. Physical demands for delivery include carrying pizzas, sides, and beverages, driving within a designated area, and walking to and from the store and customer locations. Climbing up to five or more flights of stairs may be required during deliveries. The work conditions involve exposure to varying weather conditions during deliveries and driving.
