About The Position

This role involves operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and cleaning the equipment and facility. Training is provided on the job. Essential skills include accurate mathematical calculations, making correct monetary change, strong verbal and written communication for order processing, excellent eye-hand coordination for precise movements, and the ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. The work environment includes varying temperatures, potential exposure to fumes and dust, and working in cramped quarters. Physical demands include prolonged standing, walking, lifting up to 60 pounds, carrying, pushing, climbing stairs, stooping, bending, crouching, and reaching. Hand tasks are continuous and may require forceful use of forearms and wrists, as well as pinching and grasping various items. Team members may also be required to utilize various tools and equipment such as pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutters, and pizza peels. Additionally, the role includes delivering product by car to customer doors, delivering marketing materials, and requires a valid driver's license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle. Delivery personnel must possess navigational skills, be able to read maps, locate addresses, and navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings and private homes while carrying product. Physical demands for delivery include carrying product while walking and climbing, driving within a designated area, and potentially climbing five or more flights of stairs. Delivery personnel will also be exposed to varying weather conditions.

Requirements

  • Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
  • Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
  • Must be able to make correct monetary change
  • Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
  • Motor coordination between wywe and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make presice movements with speed
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
  • Valid Driver License with safe driving recor meeting company standards
  • Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
  • Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area
  • Must navigate adverse terrain including multy-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
