General managers are responsible for everything that happens during the shift. This includes inventory/cost control, cash control and customer relations. We're looking for someone who sets the tone and the example for the store and on their game 100% of the time. Models and creates an environment in which ensures a positive customer service experience. Hires high quality people and ensures that all employees are trained, motivated and empowered to deliver total customer satisfaction. Will evaluate each employee’s ability to maintain high levels of food quality, customer service and restaurant cleanliness. Develops and executes the business plan for the restaurant (fiscal responsibilities, manpower planning and local store marketing). Serves as a role model and sets a positive example for the entire team in all aspects of business and personnel management. Effectively plans, organizes and implements all daily operational routines and activities.
