About The Position

Spare Time Entertainment is hiring a General Manager to lead a high-volume, multi-attraction entertainment center featuring bowling, arcade games, laser tag, escape rooms, a full-service restaurant, and private events. The General Manager oversees operations, leads a large team, manages business results, and helps create memorable guest experiences. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience managing large teams in hospitality, entertainment, or restaurants.
• Proven track record with P&L, cost control, and operational excellence.
• Strong leadership skills, including the ability to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of a high-volume, multi-attraction entertainment center.
• Manage P&L, budgets, labor, and inventory to drive results.
• Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team across food and beverage, amusements, and events.
• Ensure attractions, games, and facilities are safe, clean, and guest-ready.
• Deliver consistent, high-level guest service and resolve issues quickly.
• Engage with the community and support leagues, promotions, and events.
