About The Position

This role involves operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, and handling customer orders via phone and in person. Responsibilities include taking inventory, completing paperwork, and maintaining cleanliness of equipment and the facility. Training is provided on the job. The position requires strong communication skills for interacting with customers and coworkers, as well as the ability to perform mathematical calculations, make change, and use a computer keyboard or touch screen for order entry. The work environment includes exposure to varying weather conditions, temperature fluctuations, food odors, dust, cramped spaces, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Sensory requirements include talking and hearing on the phone, near and mid-range vision, depth perception, and the ability to distinguish hot and cold surfaces. Temperaments needed include the ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze data, and make judgments and decisions. Physical demands include prolonged standing, walking, lifting up to 60 pounds, carrying, pushing, occasional climbing, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, and continuous use of hands for various tasks. Tools and equipment used may include pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, and pizza peel. Additionally, the role includes delivering products by car to customer doors and distributing marketing materials. This requires a valid driver's license with a safe driving record, access to an insured vehicle, and navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses. Delivery personnel must navigate various terrains and buildings while carrying product, and may need to climb multiple flights of stairs. Driving involves far and night vision. The work conditions include exposure to varying weather conditions during deliveries.

Requirements

Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
Must be able to make correct monetary change
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
Motor coordination between wywe and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make presice movements with speed
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
Valid Driver License with safe driving recor meeting company standards
Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area
Must navigate adverse terrain including multy-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
