Requirements

8+ years of management experience or 15+ years of progressive experience in the door industry.
High school diploma or GED required.
Background in service, installation, or distribution within a construction environment.
Full P&L management experience required.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.

Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and engagement.
Drive revenue growth by expanding opportunities across new construction, installation, and service markets.
Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales, profitability, and operational performance goals.
Own branch financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, expense management, and P&L accountability.
Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient scheduling, resource allocation, and timely completion of customer projects.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience by maintaining high service standards and resolving escalated issues when needed.
Manage inventory processes to ensure accuracy, optimize inventory turns, and maintain effective shipping, receiving, and warranty procedures.
Champion workplace safety and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Identify and implement process improvements that increase productivity, efficiency, and overall business performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and key business partners.
Foster clear and consistent communication through regular team meetings, coaching, and employee engagement initiatives.
Support the implementation of company programs, strategic initiatives, and operational best practices.
Perform other duties and lead special projects as needed to support branch performance and company objectives.
