Base Wage Range: $100,100.00 - $150,100.00 Individual rates are based on a variety of factors such as degrees or certifications, skill-level and years of experience, and include considerations such as expected overtime and variable compensation pay such as bonus or commission. Responsibilities
- Driving profitable growth by developing and executing strategic business plans that align with company objectives.
- Owning regional P&L performance, including operating locations across multiple MSAs and approximately $5M to $100M of annual revenue.
- Ensuring overall performance of the P&L with an emphasis on commercial leadership, operational execution, and talent development and employee engagement.
- Leading high-performing sales and operations teams.
- Expanding market penetration across all WillScot business lines.
- Overseeing branch operations, fleet management, transportation, logistics, and field service execution.
- Ensuring safe, efficient, and customer-focused delivery of solutions.
- Fostering operational excellence, revenue growth, and long-term market success.
