About The Position

Labriola Ristorante is seeking a passionate and driven General Manager to lead our team. This role offers a unique opportunity for a hands-on leader to oversee all aspects of restaurant operations while building a strong team and delivering exceptional guest experiences. The General Manager will play a critical role in leading both front-of-house and overall restaurant operations, driving performance, and developing team members. This position is ideal for someone with strong hospitality experience who is ready to take full ownership of a high-volume, full-service restaurant.

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of General Manager or senior restaurant management experience in a full-service setting
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
Passion for hospitality, team development, and operational excellence

Nice To Haves

3+ years of serving and/or bartending experience preferred
Experience opening a new restaurant concept
Strong interviewing, hiring, and training skills
Experience with R365 and Toast POS systems

Responsibilities

Oversee all daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and excellence
Lead, coach, and develop front-of-house staff and management team
Create exceptional guest experiences by engaging with customers and building loyalty
Maintain high standards of service, hospitality, and cleanliness
Manage staff scheduling, labor costs, and inventory control
Monitor financial performance, including sales, costs, and profitability
Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to support growth and development
Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally and effectively
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health regulations
