About The Position

Lead Dog Pizza INC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring a General Manager to lead restaurant operations. The General Manager is responsible for everything that happens in the restaurant, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, customer relations, scheduling, product ordering, team-member training, and hiring. The role requires setting an example by following all policies and procedures and expecting the same from the crew. General Managers may receive a profit-share bonus based on controlling costs within goals. Compensation is salary plus bonus.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Must be able to work weekend nights.

• One year of restaurant management experience is preferred.
