About The Position
Lead Dog Pizza INC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who may also make pizzas. The role is an entry-level opportunity to build teamwork and customer-service skills while helping deliver a positive customer experience. Team members work in the kitchen, take phone and counter orders, make pizzas according to Domino’s guidelines, and clean equipment and the facility. The company provides training in pizza-making techniques and emphasizes teamwork, customer service, and taking pride in the work.
Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age.
- Pass a criminal background check.
- Be available to work until 10 or 11 p.m.
- Be fun and friendly and comfortable talking to strangers.
- Be a punctual team player with a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take their orders with a smile.
- Answer phones and provide outstanding customer service.
- Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
- Make consistent products in accordance with Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
- Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
- Clean equipment and the facility.
