We're looking for an engaged, hands-on General Manager to lead two great communities, an all-age community and a 55+ community, as one connected portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality-minded leader who genuinely enjoys building relationships with residents, developing a strong team, and taking pride in how a property looks and feels. You'll own three departmental budgets across the two communities and have real influence over the resident experience, from the first impression at the entrance to the way concerns get heard and resolved. This role is ideal for someone who wants to make a visible, measurable impact someone who sees an opportunity to strengthen resident communication, elevate curb appeal, and turn around guest satisfaction into a track record of pride and ownership.
