About The Position

The General Manager is responsible for hiring and staffing the store, maintaining excellent customer service and product quality, improving operating efficiency, ensuring team-member safety, and keeping the restaurant clean and well maintained. The role includes monitoring daily reports and performance targets, coaching drivers and other team members, preparing the store for EOC scoring, and reporting incidents to the Director of Operations/District Manager.

Responsibilities

• Log in to RapidHire daily to support hiring.
• Review Evernote feedback from the Director of Operations/District Manager with the management team.
• Drive with one driver each week at the store and provide feedback on improving efficiency.
• Train drivers in smart hustle.
• Review SUTUS reports daily and work toward zero calls on hold and 90% of calls answered in fewer than two rings.
• Keep detailed daily notes on free items given away.
• Maintain loads at three minutes or less than two rings.
• Improve driver and in-store hustle to reach an EDT of 18 minutes.
• Prioritize team-member safety.
• Provide a daily to-do list to support clean, well-maintained restaurants.
• Hire exceptional, friendly people who radiate friendliness with a smile.
• Maintain perfect product in the store.
• Prepare stores to score well on the EOC.
• Attend and participate in weekly GM meetings.
• Report incidents to the Director of Operations/District Manager immediately and provide required paperwork to insurance companies.
• Hire and staff the store to eliminate overtime.
