About The Position

We have an immediate opening for a General Manager to lead Mercedes-Benz of Tallahassee and Porsche Tallahassee. This role requires extensive sales management, inventory, fixed operations, and P&L experience. The ideal candidate will have successfully led a franchised automotive dealership as a General Manager or General Sales Manager, be a proven developer of people, and possess strong CSI and manufacturer relations. Luxury import brand experience is strongly preferred. All inquiries are confidential. Requirements

Extensive sales management experience.
Extensive inventory experience.
Extensive fixed operations experience.
Extensive P&L experience.
Successfully led a franchised automotive dealership as a General Manager or General Sales Manager.
Proven developer of people.
Strong CSI.
Strong manufacturer relations.
At least five years’ general manager experience.
Strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees and vendors.
