About The Position

We have an immediate opening for a General Manager to lead Mercedes-Benz of Tallahassee and Porsche Tallahassee. This role requires extensive sales management, inventory, fixed operations, and P&L experience. If you have successfully led a franchised automotive dealership as a General Manager or General Sales Manager and you're a proven developer of people with strong CSI and manufacturer relations, we'd like to talk with you! Requirements

Extensive sales management experience.
Extensive inventory management experience.
Extensive fixed operations experience.
Extensive P&L experience.
Successfully led a franchised automotive dealership as a General Manager or General Sales Manager.
Proven developer of people.
Strong CSI.
Strong manufacturer relations.
At least five years’ general manager experience.
Strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees and vendors.

Responsibilities
