About The Position

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa –APEX (1431 Kelly Rd, Apex, NC 27502) is seeking a high-impact, performance-driven General Manager to lead both the team and the business. This role is ideal for a people-first, servant leader who can build a strong culture, deliver an exceptional guest experience, and drive sales, revenue, and profitability. You’ll own spa performance while developing a team that consistently delivers results.

Requirements

3–5 years of leadership experience
Proven success driving sales and team performance
Strong communication and leadership skills
A balance of people leadership and business acumen
Strong experience working with KPIs is required
P&L experience strongly preferred
Comfort in a fast-paced environment
Flexible schedule (nights/weekends/holidays)

Responsibilities

Lead the Business: Spa operations and overall performance, Sales growth, membership performance, and profitability, Key metrics, reporting, and P&L ownership
Build the Team: Recruit, hire, and retain a high-performing team, Lead, coach, and develop your team with a people-first mindset, Build a culture of accountability, engagement, and service excellence, Ensure a World Class Client experience (WCCE) across all touchpoints
Drive the Results: Increase revenue through memberships, service utilization, and retail performance, Use reporting and data to identify opportunities and improve results, Optimize scheduling and staffing to support both service and business needs, Execute local marketing and community outreach initiatives
