The Entertainment Center Supervisor position will be responsible for assisting the Managers of the facility with leading on a daily basis including, staffing and training of all hourly staff, cost control, service standards, operational procedures and policies, guest relations, sanitation, environment control, cash handling, staff motivation and safety and security. The Supervisor must be the leader of the shift with the managers and create an environment that encourages ownership and accountability. Supervisors are expected to maintain the quality and ethical standards set by Red Hawk.
