BlueLinx is seeking a results-driven General Manager with a proven track record of leading sales teams and managing profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities. This position offers a base salary along with short and long term incentives. The General Manager will be responsible for aligning local market strategy with corporate strategy to maximize long-term profit and return on working capital. They will manage all aspects of logistics in the assigned district, develop relationships with key customers, and ensure all customer commitments are met. This role also involves overseeing sales strategy, managing sales representatives, and leading the team to achieve profitability and product penetration goals. The General Manager will also manage inventory levels and ensure direct reports receive applicable training and development opportunities.
