As General Manager of our Evansville office, the success of this franchise rests with you. Growth, operations, financial performance, team culture, community reputation—you own all of it. The wins are shared across your team, but the weight sits with you. Your biggest job is people. You’ll lead and grow our key players—the administrative team who run scheduling, recruitment, and client services—and turn them into a high-performing unit that delivers for our clients and Care Professionals every day. You’re also the face of our franchise in the community, working in close partnership with our business development team to build the referral relationships that fuel our growth. A key goal is a 12.5% year-over-year increase in hours of care. You’ll own that goal—but the way you hit it isn’t through pressure or shortcuts.
