About The Position

As General Manager of our Evansville office, the success of this franchise rests with you. Growth, operations, financial performance, team culture, community reputation—you own all of it. The wins are shared across your team, but the weight sits with you. Your biggest job is people. You’ll lead and grow our key players—the administrative team who run scheduling, recruitment, and client services—and turn them into a high-performing unit that delivers for our clients and Care Professionals every day. You’re also the face of our franchise in the community, working in close partnership with our business development team to build the referral relationships that fuel our growth. A key goal is a 12.5% year-over-year increase in hours of care. You’ll own that goal—but the way you hit it isn’t through pressure or shortcuts. It’s through strong operations, a team that performs, and a community that trusts us. Behind every percentage point is a senior living better at home. This work is demanding, it’s relentless at times, and it genuinely matters.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of leading teams and carrying accountability for results
  • Three to five years of related business or leadership experience

  • Drive to grow: sales-minded and goal-oriented
  • Resilience: ability to push through challenges, find solutions, and keep the team steady
  • Takes ownership: does not wait to be told, does not pass the buck, treats the business as their own
  • Leads with integrity: discretion, fairness, and honesty are non-negotiable
  • Comfortable operating in CRM systems (Salesforce or similar), client care and scheduling software, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams, plus internal systems
  • A valid driver’s license
