The starting pay for this position is starting at $65,000 - $70,000/annually. This position is also eligible for participation in performance-based bonus rewards. Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry with responsibility for financial results.
• Honest, energetic, motivational, and fun.
• Fanatical about serving amazing food with a big smile.
• Ability to set high standards for yourself and your team.
• Willingness to pitch in and do any task, including dishes (Remain Humble).
