About The Position

In this role, you will lead a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving operational excellence, financial performance, and a culture rooted in Hilton’s service standards. With a strong mix of convention, business, and leisure demand, the hotel requires a leader who can balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in large-scale, full-service hotel operations, with a proven ability to develop teams, elevate guest satisfaction, and deliver strong results. Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years as Hotel General Manager of a large-scale property with 500+ rooms generating $80M+ in annual revenue.
  • Strong business acumen with a proven track record of driving top-line performance through strategic revenue management, market share growth, competitive positioning, and disciplined financial oversight to maximize profitability.
  • Committed to building a service-driven culture and developing high-performing teams through mentorship, engagement, and clear performance standards.
  • Demonstrated expertise in cash flow management, financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and operational oversight, ensuring disciplined financial performance and long-term asset value creation.
  • Experience leading unionized hotel operations, ensuring compliance, fostering positive labor relations, and driving operational excellence.
