About The Position

The General Manager is responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost controls, inventory, cash control, and customer relations. The manager must set an example by following all policies and procedures and expect the crew to do the same. Responsibilities also include operating equipment, preparing products, handling orders, maintaining the facility, training staff, creating schedules, and managing staffing and food operations.
