About The Position

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a General Manager to run a store efficiently, care for customers, and support team members. The role oversees store operations and results, staff recruitment and development, food and team member safety, customer service, and sales and profit growth.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team to achieve a common goal.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Fast food or quick-service restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations and drive results, including cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance, and punctuality.
