About The Position

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a talented General Manager to run a store efficiently, take care of customers, and support team members. The role involves managing store operations and driving results while maintaining food, image, cleanliness, and safety standards. The General Manager is also responsible for recruiting, developing, and retaining staff, providing excellent customer service, and increasing sales and profit potential.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team to achieve a common goal.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.

• Fast food or quick-service restaurant experience.
