About The Position
Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a friendly and motivated Assistant Manager Store to help the General Manager run the store and implement operating standards. The role includes supervising employees, maintaining the store and equipment, managing inventory and supplies, and supporting hiring and onboarding. The position requires full-time availability and reliable transportation.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Be available to work full time.
- Be able to work with minimal supervision.
- Be able to motivate and build solid, cohesive teams.
- Have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Nice To Haves
- Previous management experience and/or quick service restaurant experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in running the store and implementing operating standards.
- Count inventory and supplies.
- Ensure facility and equipment cleanliness based on company standards.
- Supervise employees.
- Interview, hire, and onboard new team members.
- Clean and maintain the store and its equipment.
- Rotate commissary deliveries.
- Perform other duties as needed.
