About The Position
The General Manager will launch and lead a new Denver operation and take full responsibility for team performance, execution, and business results. This hands-on leadership role requires translating strategy into action, building accountability, and establishing a strong foundation for growth. The General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, drive revenue and branch profitability, develop a high-performing team, improve operating processes, and support local market expansion. The role requires a strong on-site leadership presence and active daily engagement with the local team. The position partners with senior leadership on strategic priorities and reports to Executive Leadership.
Requirements
- Strong leadership experience in operational, team-based, or execution-focused environments.
- Proven ability to drive results through people and build accountability.
