About The Position
The General Manager leads a Five Guys restaurant, with responsibility for financial results and creating a positive workplace for the team. The position participates in performance-based bonus rewards in addition to base pay. Requirements
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry with responsibility for financial results.

- Commitment to high standards, excellent customer service, and creating a positive team environment.
