About The Position

Culligan of Tucson is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to join their team. This is a pivotal role overseeing all facets of the business, including operational functions, sales growth, and financial outcomes, while maintaining the renowned Culligan customer service standard. Packard Culligan Water is a leader in commercial and residential water treatment and filtration systems. Culligan of Boise operates as part of the Packard Culligan franchise group, a family-owned and operated enterprise with nearly 80 years of industry expertise. The General Manager will be responsible for expanding the customer base and driving business growth.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of management experience
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in managing and creating business plans within a for-profit organization
  • A strong track record of successful employee management and development
  • Strong technological skills, including proficiency in various finance and business-related software systems
  • Must be near Tucson or be willing to relocate to the surrounding area
