About The Position

This is a Portfolio CEO role. RGroup Realty has an opening for a Real Estate Asset Manager for Tucson Foothills. You will be deploying a next-generation Asset Manager model where licensed professionals oversee real estate portfolios strategically — not reactively. You will manage a defined portfolio, earn recurring monthly compensation per active door, and develop long-term investor relationships that naturally generate transactional opportunities. If you’re licensed, growth-minded, and ready to operate at a higher level, this is worth your attention. This position blends predictable recurring income with transactional upside. This is a business-within-a-business structure. RGroup deploys automation and AI to eliminate unnecessary friction. Requirements

  • Active Arizona Real Estate License (required)
  • Member in good standing with local real estate association and MLS
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and digital workflows

Responsibilities

  • Manage a defined portfolio.
  • Develop long-term investor relationships.
  • Protect asset value and drive performance.
  • Conduct quarterly property inspections (zInspector).
  • Perform drive-by monitoring.
  • Identify and escalate risks.
  • Conduct monthly strategy calls with landlords.
  • Perform annual performance reviews with landlords.
  • Provide rental positioning and retention guidance.
  • Monitor renewals proactively.
  • Stabilize occupancy.
  • Oversee tenant relationships.
