- Preparing food that meets Jersey Mike’s specifications and high-quality standards
- Service that is noticeably friendlier than that of other restaurants
- A restaurant that is noticeably cleaner than other restaurants
- Developing a team of top-notch employees
- Employee retention
- Developing weekly schedules on a web-based platform
- Ordering & Inventory on a web-based platform
- Prep / Identification of Needs
- Training of all team members
- Cash Control
- Increasing same store sales
- Increasing store profitability
