General Manager
About The Position
We are seeking a motivated and experienced General Manager to join our fast-paced trampoline park team in Odessa, TX. This leadership role oversees daily operations, staff performance, and guest satisfaction as well as maintaining a safe, fun, and high-energy environment for our guests. This leadership role also oversees our kitchen staff and sees that customer orders are fulfilled correctly and on time. The ideal candidate is bilingual, highly organized, and experienced in managing teams in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and able to learn other management and operations software quickly. The ideal candidate has an eye for detail, and a outgoing personality with strong leadership skills. This role will oversee and manage up to 50 employees, with assistance from their management team.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of management experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Must be available to work weekends
- Ability to lead by example and motivate a team
- College degree or some college attendance preferred

- Experience in hospitality, entertainment, retail, or similar environments preferred
- Food service or kitchen experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily park operations
- Manage staffing schedules and support hiring needs
- Train and mentor team members to ensure excellent customer service
- Greet guests and help create a positive experience for families and visitors
- Monitor park safety and operational standards
- Assist with inventory management and supply orders
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient facility
- Step in to resolve guest concerns or operational issues as needed
- Assist marketing with promotions and specials
