About The Position

Sploot Veterinary Care is introducing a new approach to veterinary care through Urgent & Primary Care Clinics, and we’re looking for a ROCKSTAR General Manager to join our team and help us deliver the ABSOLUTE BEST medical care to our patients. Sploot believes that every pet deserves high-quality veterinary care whenever and wherever they need it. Requirements

At least 5 years of analytical, strategic operational experience.
A natural leader with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
Experience with setting strategic direction. You’ll understand the company’s mission, influence strategic objectives, and guide your team to execute toward measurable growth goals.
Experience in business analytics and metrics. You’re data-driven and use that to inform your decisions.
Detail-oriented and organized, able to juggle multiple priorities and drive results.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about creating exceptional experiences for clients and employees alike.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can motivate and inspire your team.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in consulting or at a start-up with a desire to take on more responsibility and ownership
You have worked at a fast-paced startup or company, especially one that requires a boots-on-the-ground operational team.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset focused on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Navigate a new market through the exciting launch period and then through sustained growth
Monitor and manage specific market performance metrics with responsibility for major elements of the market’s P&L
Manage and inspire a diverse team of nurses, doctors, and clinic operations professionals, fostering a culture of development and collaboration.
Support daily operations across the market, ensuring the highest standard of service and efficiency.
Champion our company values and create a welcoming, supportive environment for clients and staff.
Drive operational excellence by overseeing clinic workflows, developing new processes, and rolling out new initiatives.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
