About The Position
An established yet growing Heavy Civil Contractor in the state of Wisconsin is looking to add a General Manager to their team to solidify their core leadership! This is a great opportunity for any Senior Project Manager or current General Manager that is looking to accomplish more in their career and do it at a company that has been labeled "Top Places to Work"!
Requirements
- Construction related degree required
- 15+ years of heavy civil related contractor experience
- Underground utilities experience, both public and private sectors, a REQUIREMENT
- Ability to live in the Milwaukee area and travel to local projects when needed
Responsibilities
- Oversee P&L
- Oversee staffing
- Oversee budgeting
- Oversee overall operational excellence for a team of ~30 employees and ~20M+ in work
