About The Position
Marco's Pizza is seeking passionate and experienced General Managers for its Utah locations. General Managers lead teams in producing a quality, hot, fresh, and consistent product for customers and are accountable for the day-to-day operations of their location. They must be able to work under stress in a fast-paced environment while maintaining health and safety procedures.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of management experience.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Computer knowledge.
- Trustworthy, results-driven, and team-oriented.
- Passion for pizza and providing a positive customer service experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Lead team members in producing a quality, hot, fresh, and consistent product.
- Manage team members and oversee the day-to-day operations of the location.
- Maintain health and safety procedures in a fast-paced, stressful environment.
- Manage inventory.
- Handle customer complaints with a positive attitude.
- Hire and train new team members.
