About The Position

A rapidly growing car wash chain based in Central New Jersey is seeking a General Manager to drive growth and profitability at the site. We are seeking a General Manager who can successfully manage, lead and direct the efforts of a team, while maintaining a high degree of engagement and morale. Responsibilities

Proactively manages the day to day operations of the car wash
Works directly with Executive Leadership Team to make strategic recommendations on process improvements
Trains and develops team members, leading them to their fullest potential
Sets a positive example, inspecting and promoting teamwork
Consistently demonstrates the ability to motivate and encourage team members
