About The Position

KidStrong is a science-based training program that helps kids win at life. We build strong, confident, high-character kids by developing the whole child— body, brain, and character —through high-energy, coach-led classes. Our program serves ages crawling through 11 years old and accelerates milestones through expert coaching, cutting-edge curriculum, and strong parent partnership. At KidStrong, we’re growing fast and making a lasting impact, and we’re looking for a driven, dynamic General Manager to lead our team, grow our membership, and deliver an exceptional family experience. As the General Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind sales, operations, and team leadership at KidStrong. You’ll lead membership growth efforts, optimize center operations, and develop a high-performing team culture that aligns with our mission. You’ll wear many hats, but always with purpose and impact. This is not your typical 9-to-5. It’s a fast-paced, leadership role built for someone who thrives on accountability, loves to engage with families, and leads with both heart and hustle.
