About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring a General Manager to lead a restaurant in the Greenwood/Broadview/Seattle area. The role is suited to someone with a strong drive and passion for managing a restaurant, building a strong culture, and participating in the community. The General Manager is responsible for everything that happens in the restaurant, setting an example for the team and ensuring that company policies and procedures are followed. The position offers a stated pay range of $21.30–$26.00, plus a potential production bonus of $400–$2,000 and a profit-share bonus based on controlling costs within goals.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask are needed for the role.

Nice To Haves

At least one year of restaurant management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee all restaurant operations and outcomes.
Manage cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
