This executive leadership role is responsible for all aspects of market operations, including revenue growth, vendor occupancy, food & beverage performance, facilities management, expense control, employee development, customer experience, and community engagement. The General Manager serves as the senior leader of the market and is accountable for creating an exceptional experience for buyers, sellers, guests, and team members while driving sustainable business growth. The General Manager is the face of the market and plays a critical role in shaping operational excellence, seller success, employee engagement, and long-term profitability.
