About The Position

As a General Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings, you will create memorable guest experiences and help ensure the restaurant performs successfully. Requirements

• 4–5 years of management experience.
• Previous restaurant General Manager experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others and champion change.
• Passion for training and developing a team.
• Ability to analyze a Profit and Loss statement.
