Requirements

  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience
  • Extensive experience in restaurant management with a strong background in food industry operations including casual dining, quick service & fast food restaurants.
  • Proven leadership skills with supervising experience in hospitality or food service environments; capable of managing diverse teams effectively.
  • Deep knowledge of food preparation and kitchen management practices.
  • Proficiency in POS systems such as Toast POS; adept at financial reporting.
  • Strong understanding of inventory control, food safety protocols, and health regulations related to the food industry.
  • Excellent communication skills for staff training & development, interviewing candidates, and maintaining customer service standards.
  • Ability to manage shift schedules efficiently while ensuring high-quality service delivery during busy hours.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including opening, mid, and closing shifts
  • Willingness to work evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays, which are our highest-volume periods
  • Availability to work key blackout dates, including the Saturday closest to Halloween, Halloween, Super Bowl Sunday, and New Year’s Eve
  • Ability to work approximately 45–50 hours per week
  • Successful completion of a background check

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return.
  • Oversee all aspects of food preparation, ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality control, and consistency across menu items.
  • Manage daily operations including shift management, inventory control, and food safety compliance using POS systems.
  • Supervise staff training, development, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team dedicated to excellence in food service management.
  • Control costs through effective budgeting, food management, and waste reduction strategies while maximizing profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health regulations, food handling procedures, and safety standards to maintain a clean, safe environment for staff and guests.
  • Interview potential team members to build a skilled workforce aligned with our service standards and hospitality values.
