Toppers Pizza is looking for motivated, dependable leaders to join our management team! This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong communication, urgency, and the ability to manage both people and operations during dinner, late-night, and weekend shifts.

Requirements

• Leadership experience preferred
• Restaurant or pizza experience is a plus
• Reliable, hardworking, and self-motivated
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stay calm and organized during busy rushes
• Someone who leads by example and holds high standards
• Must be available nights and weekends
• Late-night availability is required
• Shifts may run as late as: 11PM during the week, 1AM or later on weekends
• Closing availability is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the team during shifts
• Ensure fast, accurate, and high-quality food production
• Coach employees and maintain a positive work environment
• Handle customer service issues professionally
• Manage labor, food quality, and shift execution
• Assist with inventory, prep, and stocking
• Ensure cleanliness and food safety standards are followed
• Help open and close the restaurant
• Jump into any position when needed — pizza making, phones, ovens, dishes, or customer service
