About The Position

The General Manager will lead business activities within an assigned market, overseeing financial results, team performance, and day-to-day execution. The role works closely with regional management and functional teams to improve profitability, strengthen operations, and identify opportunities for business expansion. This San Diego-based leadership position is responsible for operations across a geographic market and includes physical requirements such as walking, lifting, bending, and handling equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of related professional experience.
• Strong customer service, sales, and operational management capabilities.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Sound judgment and demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with multi-stop routing systems and dispatch processes.
• Familiarity with Navision, Microsoft Office, and routing/logistics software.
• Understanding of financial statements and experience managing budgets.
• Knowledge of equipment inventory, including proper cleaning, repair, servicing, and maintenance procedures.
• Valid driver's license.
