General Manager - Full Time FTK Hospitality DC | Washington, DC Join our dynamic team in the greater DC - MD area , where we pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional American tavern-style sports bar experience. As the General Manager, you will lead a high-energy, hands-on environment in a thriving upscale bar concept. Requirements
- Proven experience in a management role within a full-service restaurant or sports bar.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a large team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the greater DC - MD market is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) teams in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to foster a strong hospitality team culture.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
