About The Position
Architect Project Manager - Full Time FTK Hospitality DC | Washington, DC Join our Hospitality company in Baltimore as an Architect Project Manager and be a part of a dynamic team dedicated to creating world-class restaurant and entertainment venues. This high-visibility role allows you to work closely with ownership, overseeing the design and delivery of exciting projects from concept through construction close-out. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture project management, hospitality design, or as an owner's representative.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools such as Procore and Bluebeam.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with restaurant, hotel, or large-format entertainment venue projects is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage design consultants and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams on project development.
- Review construction documents to ensure design integrity and compliance with standards.
- Track project budgets and schedules, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Act as the owner's representative on active project sites, ensuring quality and timely execution.
- Coordinate and oversee multiple concurrent projects across the U.S., including travel to various sites as needed.
